That is Chepstow Castle isn't it? I thought the Great Hall was distinctive. If that's not Chepstow, it's the damn "Twin of Chepstow"!

I've also been to Cardiff Castle, Caerphilly Castle, Kidwelly Castle, and Pembroke Castle.

The one you originally posted was Caerphilly, and yep, that is Chepstow (I need to go back and edit the labels on everything )

The only thing I was really studying though was every part of the UK I could get to!! England, Scotland, Wales ( I really, really loved Wales, both the scenery and the people), Ireland.... man I made tracks all over the place! I think I went to the first class of each of my 2 classes, then didn't show up again until 2 months later for the finals!! [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

You were there 3 years before I was, and when I was there they were making sure more of Shepstow didn't fall - I had to edit out a TON of orange contruction barriers with those photos.
I'd like to get back to see it again to compare the difference in my own photos - and to see if I've gotten better in the last 7 years of contiinuing photography
man, I'd love to check out a place like that.

Someone here in TN did build a castle for them to live in.
They hold the yearly Rennaissance (sp?) Festival here in central TN
that the one you got pics from before?
I haven't had a chance to get pics of that castle yet - never made it to the tour, always spent too much time taking pics of all the freaks that dressed up and were walking around the Festival [img]wink.gif[/img]
